“Barbara, I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the cooperating service provided by Damon Michels this past Saturday. I have some very challenging buyers who unilaterally dictate when they will preview properties, and if I'm not available, they go with another Realtor. They let me know on Saturday at 1:30 that they wanted to view units a … t the William Penn House exactly one hour later. Obviously, that didn't give Damon or the two other cooperating agents any fair notice, but I contacted them all anyway.
