Damon was great since the moment we met him. He was consistently professional, reliable, easy to reach and understanding. He is also very well respected: we found out at closing that there was another bidder (who would’ve gone higher) and the seller chose to keep our verbal agreement with Damon. He kept us calm during the entire process and has recommended several high quality and responsive contractors.
