Damon: Thanks for everything you and your staff did to get us to settlement yesterday! Selling my aunt’s apartment will allow her to stay in her assisted living facility for a much longer time, and the timing for the sale was perfect! My husband and I were really happy to see how excited the buyer was to have this apartment as his own. My aunt would have liked him, too! We also appreciated your taking time out of a busy day to show us two apartments. Hopefully, our place will be next, and we can begin to think more seriously about a new apartment.
