We recently relocated from Europe to the US and purchased a house in Villanova. All in all, establishing residential property ownership on the Main Line, Pennsylvania, could have been a daunting experience –or an overpriced / costly one. Thanks to the professionalism, expertise and dedication of the professionals involved, and their status as independent agents yet with a “under-one-roof” connectivity we really “sailed though” the entire process and came out the other end, with a big smile — a smile due to the great results, but also due to the positive inter-personal experience we had (Damon will remain a trusted advisor –and friend– for us, now that we have relocated to Villanova).
