Damon was very knowledgeable and transparent about the whole process. Damon or someone on his team was always there to satisfy my request. This includes everything from email questions, to texts, to showing properties, to closing on our new home. Thanks to Damon and team we were never caught off guard. They enabled our 6 month search and 2+ month of waiting to close to be relatively non-stressful/distracting.
