Hi Damon and Chrissy, I just wanted to say thanks for helping us with our condo!! We really love it and it's great to finally own for once! The building and the people are great, we are definitely very lucky. So far the carpet help suggestions have been excellent, hopefully ... we can get the carpet replaced soon so we can move in.
